- Cleaning of cabinets and drawers inside out
- Cleaning of all countertops, sinks and fixtures polished
- Cleaning bathtubs, shower stalls, toilets, and shower doors
- Stained woodwork will be wiped down with polish after cleaning
- Cleaning of fireplaces / chimneys
- All floor cleaned
- Mirror and glass cleaned and polished
- Appliances removed of coverings (if any), dusted and wiped
- Vacuuming of carpeted areas
- Removal of all carpet and pad remnants
- Scrape, sweep and hose off stairs, landings, walks, decks, patios, and garage floors
- Complete thorough dusting of the entire interior
- Interior trash and debris can be hauled off, if required
- Washing of all windows, interior and exterior, and cleaning of all air duct tracts
